Pilates Reformer
Pre & Post Natal
Designed with care for expecting and new mothers, our Pre & Post Natal Reformer sessions support the body through every stage of pregnancy and recovery. Each workout focuses on safe, gentle movements that strengthen the core and pelvic floor, improve posture, and relieve tension in the back and hips.
We work with safety and experience, guiding each exercise to protect your joints and support your changing body. During pregnancy, ligaments become more flexible due to hormonal changes, so we focus on proper joint alignment and controlled movements. After the 16th week, we avoid lying flat on your back to prevent pressure on the inferior vena cava, the main vein that carries blood from the lower body to the heart. Instead, exercises are done in a semi-reclined or side-lying position to keep blood flowing safely and ensure comfort and stability.
With personalized guidance and gentle progression, you’ll feel supported, stronger, and more balanced. Our approach promotes comfort, stability, and confidence before and after birth, helping you move safely and effectively through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
